State of The Union

Last night The State of the Union Address was given.

First and foremost, this was not a State of the Union, but rather the State of the Obama Administration address.

President Obama’s focus was on the government creating jobs. This is not a role the federal government is supposed to play. It is their role to make it so small businesses can deliver goods and services to the public, thereby, creating a demand, and thus jobs.

There was a lot of talk about spending, and over spending, and even a spending freeze, but one that would allow over spending to continue for the next year before it would stop.

The current debt per tax payer is just shy of $113,000. We do not have the time, nor the ability to allow this to continue.

After all the applause and pomp and circumstance, it seemed as if very little was actually said, especially about how the country was doing.

Unemployment is still rising, we are approaching, what will be a devastating point in American history. The Democrats and the Republicans have grown bloated on their power and will not stop doing what they do best, ignoring the rest of us.
