a rather simplistic & non-specific answer! of course no person should ever have their inalienable rights to life, liberty, pusuit of happiness infringed on. that being said, what is your own position on gays right to marriage & gay adoption, both of which are specifically denied by this state? and with popular acclaim i might add.

If the People could only realize that voting for a National Republican or National Democrat is just a way of casting a vote for their corporate sponsors then they might finally give a third option a chance to goto Washington and improve upon those Congressional “approval” ratings. From everything I have read, the Florida Whigs are like Mr. Schock, average people looking to build a real third party. I say this is great! Anyone other than Wasserman Schultz and a Whig is a whole lot better than the typical Republican.

While I agree with what you are saying the seat was held by the family for some time. Yes, it is the People’s Seat just like they are ALL for the people. Unfortunately, the problem is most of those that have a seat, don’t listen to the people they way they need to. I am happy that they have a Republican taking Mass. because it is a great change for that state, now we have to wait and see how Scott Brown does

May I remind you that it isn’t the damn Kennedy”s seat it is the People’s seat? Yes the people in Mass. finally woke up, but does that make up for unleashing the drunken “Lion of the Senate” on our country for 40 years? I am here in Florida, I hope your Whig Party sees the fact that a party name isn’t what the people will vote for.Its time we vote for substance instead of fluff. Proven successful people to lead our country not manufactured politicians from any party. I want people to work in our state leglislature to decrese the size of gov’t, lower taxes and improve our educational system, and root out the liberal socialist policies that have crept into Florida .Achieve some real reforms and get to work for the people who you all work for, then said proven people will get my voye, period. Yes its that simple!
