Candidate Petition
I need 5,000 registered voters in District 20 to complete and return a candidate petition in order to get my name on the ballot. Under Florida Law, it is far less costly for a candidate to do so, and like you, I want to make the most of the money I have.
You must be a registered voter in the 20th Congressional District in order to complete one of these. If you live in Broward County, or Miami-Dade County and you are unsure if you are in the district, please look at your voter ID card for this info or take a look at our 20th District page.
This petition is only to get my name on the ballot. It is not an endorsement of me or a commitment to vote for me (although I hope you will after learning more about me!) The election is in November 2010.

•Your name
•Date of birth OR your voter ID number
•Street address (no PO Boxes)
•City
•County
•State
•ZIP code.
Then sign in the lower left and date it in the lower right box (this is commonly overlooked). The address where to mail the form is on it, and is also at the bottom of this page. Please be sure the form is complete and accurate, or they will not accept it.
